Rheinzink Gutters Liverpool NY

Approximately 1,000 feet of RHEINZINK gutters and downspouts provide great looks and better drainage on this Greenwich, Conn., residence. Builder Joe Melendez of Greenwich Specialties, Inc. is a regular user of RHEINZINK gutters on the homes he designs. “The system performs great,” Melendez says, “and I like the way the RHEINZINK looks with the stone façade and slate roof.”

Rheinzink Gutters

Approximately 1,000 feet of RHEINZINK gutters and downspouts provide great looks and better drainage on this Greenwich, Conn., residence.

Builder Joe Melendez of Greenwich Specialties, Inc. is a regular user of RHEINZINK gutters on the homes he designs. “The system performs great,” Melendez says, “and I like the way the RHEINZINK looks with the stone façade and slate roof.”

Unlike traditional gutter systems, RHEINZINK half-round gutters are supported from below with brackets rather than hung from above. Cradling a gutter from below is structurally preferred and helps provide a clear and uninterrupted waterway for cleaning and maintenance. The half-round shape also reduces the dependence on slope to move water compared to flat-bottom gutter designs.

The distributor for the RHEINZINK gutter products on the Greenwich residence was Conn. Roofing Reps, Inc., East Berlin, Conn.

RHEINZINK America, Inc. led the introduction of zinc as an important architectural material in North America and continues to provide comprehensive technical support to architects and contractors. Environmentally friendly and 100 percent recyclable, RHEINZINK presents a distinctive appearance with outstanding longevity.
