“What's really unique is the precision it's able to produce,” says SilverTAG designer and architect Tag Galyean. Galyean's company, TAG Signature, developed the software that controls the system. Each shower is designed to fit the individual client's height and therapeutic needs. “We interview and get to know the client and what their expecations are, what kind of special needs they might have, says Galyean.
TAG's technicians install the electronics, a plumbing subcontractor installs all the plumbing according to TAG's specifications, and the builder completes installation of the shower envelope. Nine months after installation, a TAG designer follows up with a visit to fine-tune the shower.
