If tons of features and reporting options are what you're looking for, then Time Tracker, our #3 employee scheduling software pick and the "TopTenREVIEWS Bronze Award" winner, has you covered. This first-rate program by Asgard Systems, Inc. easily offers the most reporting options out of all of the products that we reviewed.
Unfortunately, we found this product's schedules poorly designed and hard to read, requiring tedious tinkering and left-and-right page scrolling to view the entire schedule. For this reason, Time Tracker was beat out by both WhenToWork.com and Schedule It for our #1 and #2 spots, respectively.
Feature Set:
Time Tracker offers many unique scheduling features, including the ability to specify which floor an employee will be working on, specific shifts assigned (i.e. morning, evening, graveyard and so on). You can also track your employee's sick time and vacation time accrued.
Other features available with this software include the ability to manage personal employee information, holiday schedules and employee tasks. The start-week day can be set to begin on any day and schedules can be printed per individual or by group. You can also create schedules for employees in multiple locations, color code shifts (which is especially helpful with this product), import and export information and password protect your data.
One feature that we found missing from Time Tracker include the ability to post your schedules online.

Reporting Capabilities:
Asgard Systems, Inc. equipped Time Tracker with the largest number of reporting options around. These reports are separated into seven categories, including Schedules, Charts, Activity, Rosters, Hourly Coverage Profiles, Employees and Non-Work. Within each of these categories, there are around two to three different reports from which to choose.
Ease of Installation:
We had no problems during the installation of Time Tracker.
Summary:
Time Tracker by Asgard Systems, Inc. is substantial employee tracking software that's a breeze to use, offers a large feature selection and has more reporting options than any other program we've seen.
